<p><i> <strong>Résumé :</strong> </i> Si le phénomène de violences scolaires ne peut se comprendre qu&#8217;en rapport à des normes, on peut alors émettre l&#8217;hypothèse que son évolution au sein d&#8217;un établissement est fonction de sa plus ou moins grande capacité à construire de la norme, à la faire partager et respecter. L&#8217;école qui est au centre de cet article perd sa réputation de violence rapidement après l&#8217;arrivée d&#8217;une nouvelle équipe d&#8217;enseignants se réclamant de la pédagogie «<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>Freinet<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>». L&#8217;étude de son fonctionnement basé sur une citoyenneté en acte met en évidence l&#8217;association des élèves à la production de normes et à la régulation des déviances. Les «<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>conseils d&#8217;enfants<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>» constituent des espaces-temps où se construit formellement un ordre local. Le climat éducatif qui règne au sein de l&#8217;école contribue quant à lui à l&#8217;adhésion aux normes en vigueur.<br class='autobr' />

<p><i> <strong>Abstract :</strong> </i> If the phenomenon of school violence can only be understood in relation to norms, we can set forth the hypothesis that its evolution inside a school depends on its relative capacity to build a norm, to share it and make sure it is respected. School, which is at the heart of this article, quickly loses its reputation of violence with the arrival of a new team of teachers involved in the «<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>Freinet<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>» pedagogy. Studying the way it works, i.e. on the basis of a citizenship through acts, reveals the prominent role of the pupils in their association in the production of norms and with the regulation of deviancy. The «<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>children councils<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>» are time spaces where a local order is formally constructed. As for the educative atmosphere which reigns inside the school, it plays a part in the adhesion to the norms brought into force.<br class='autobr' />
