<p><strong> <i>Résumé :</i> </strong> La plupart des maîtres de <span class="caps">CP</span> tentent d’intégrer les prescriptions officielles et les résultats de la recherche à leurs pratiques d’enseignement. Ils font donc écrire de plus en plus tôt mettant leurs élèves en situation de produire de l’écrit sans connaître de mots par coeur. Ceux-ci effectuent alors des recours systématiques à la phonographie et les productions sont souvent erronées orthographiquement. Nous proposons une situation d’enseignement visant à permettre aux élèves de percevoir notre écriture comme fondamentalement orthographique et observons sa mise en place dans des classes de <span class="caps">CP</span>. Nos analyses nous permettent d’avancer qu’il est possible et nécessaire d’intégrer l’enseignement de l’orthographe aux pratiques d’écriture précoce. Cet enseignement vise la construction d’un habitus orthographique et non l’apprentissage de règles d’orthographe.<br class='autobr' />

<p><strong> <i>Abstract :</i> </strong> Most of the teachers of the first class of primary schools try to take into account the officials prescriptions and the results of research works : they encourage their pupils to write very soon before in spite of the fact that they do not know enough words. The children, then, use phonographic means and spell badly. We propose a kind of writing lesson that allows the pupils to understand the ideographic nature of our writing and we observe the experiment of this lesson in classes. We are allowed to say that we can learn to spell and learn to write early in the same time, if only we aim the elaboration of a spelling skills instead of teaching spelling rules.<br class='autobr' />
