<div class="crayon article-texte-1669 texte surlignable clearfix"><p><i> <strong>Résumé :</strong> </i> Entre 2020 et 2023, 78 adultes ayant connu l’exclusion et la précarité et étant engagé.e.s dans des mouvements associatifs ont intégré une formation pré-qualifiante aux métiers du social de 15 mois, dans le cadre du projet expérimental <span class="caps">OSEE</span> (Osons les Savoirs de l’Expérience de l’Exclusion). Porté par <span class="caps">ATD</span> Quart-Monde, <span class="caps">OSEE</span> avait pour double objectif de convertir les savoirs expérientiels de ces personnes en compétences professionnelles et de faire bouger les lignes et les rapports de domination au sein de l’intervention sociale en intégrant des personnes ayant l’expérience de la vulnérabilité. Entre apprentissage transformateur et construction d’une écologie plus juste des savoirs sur la pauvreté en travail social, comment ce dispositif de formation expérimentale a-t-il favorisé la transformation de savoirs expérientiels des participant.e.s en compétences professionnelles<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>?<br class='autobr' />

<p><strong>Transforming experiential knowledge of exclusion and community engagement into professional skills in the field of social work <br class='autobr' />
The challenges, advantages and limits of an experimental pre-qualifying training</i></p>
<p><i> <strong>Abstract :</strong> </i> Between 2020 and 2023, 78 adults who had experienced exclusion and precariousness and were involved in associative movements joined a 15-month pre-qualifying training course for social professions, as part of the experimental «<small class="fine d-inline"> </small><span class="caps">OSEE</span><small class="fine d-inline"> </small>» (Osons les Savoirs de l’Expérience de l’Exclusion) project. Supported by <span class="caps">ATD</span> Fourth World, <span class="caps">OSEE</span> had the dual aim of converting the experiential knowledge of these people into professional skills, and of shaking up the lines and relationships of domina-tion within social intervention by integrating people with experience of vulnerability. Between transformative learning and the construction of a fairer ecology of knowledge about poverty in social work, how did this experimental training scheme encourage the transformation of participants’ experiential knowledge into professional skills<small class="fine d-inline"> </small>?<br class='autobr' />
